Loved my excellent stay for 3 nights. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and fantastic with excellent view, the staff were ideal. The breakfast was excellent with cheapest sausages and fairly priced.

Great English breakfast, you can choose from several 'meals'; very tasty. Parking reservation is no problem, you just have to inform the hotel in advance.
You should know that it takes 15 minutes to get to the city, sometimes a good climb. And afterwards stop again. , There is also a bus. Not a disadvantage, but good to know.

The location was peaceful and awesome for traveling around Bath, really close to centre, the garden. Great and lovely staff despite the best efforts of all the staff, thanks to them everything was great. The breakfast included toast, coffee and tea and was nice.

There was a parking lot for the motorcycle
The double bed is much too small and narrow for people over 1.80

A pleasant surprise awaited , as the spacious room was well-equipped and clean, with a lovely courtyard. The front desk staff were helpful, providing local tips and even preparing our lunch. Breakfast was adequate, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

The staff was very nice, the rooms very nice, the breakfast very tasty!
The WLAN we had to upgrade, but even that was no problem.

The staff were super friendly. The hotel had a charming vintage vibe with a lovely library and well-stocked lounge bar. My room was spacious, clean, and the underfloor heating was a nice touch. The hotel sits at the top of a steep hill, so getting to the city center with heavy bags was a challenge. The parking situation could also use some better explanation before arrival. It wasn't clear how full the lots could be. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, but the cooked items were a bit lacking in quality. I also noticed some noise from plumbing , which wasn't ideal. Despite these hiccups, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and easy access to the bus service for getting around Bath.

Friendly staff. Tranquile: quite room, quite atmosphere
Restaurant services: not all the food offered in the menu is available. I ordered salmon, but then I was called from the restaurant to change what I had ordered.

Very tasteful rooms, good food, nice staff
Unfortunately the outside is not so pretty, parking fees daily 10 pounds are a little overpriced.

Rooms were clean tidy but have had to make a complaint unfortunately
Check out too early and check in too late, breakfast finishes early
